Turvino`s in Glen Rock

Spectacular pizza- felt, tasted, and smelt fresh and right out of the oven with accommodating, welcoming service to match. I grabbed a slice, which is quite large, after walking for hours in the heat and nothing beat the feeling of tasting that burning, cheesy slice of heaven. Thank you, Turvino's!

Mom and pop Italian restaurant that serves great pizza, meatballs and sandwiches. The pasta is overcooked and the place needs a good cleaning.

Came here the other with friends to get a slice after we sat down we were yelled at to go sit at the tables against the wall next to the cashier. The restaurant was empty. Overall food is very good!

This place is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. when I want to go to a fair lunch, this place comes first to my head. fresh and food and a rich menu.great staff members, and nice mood. On an incredibly slow, cold, rainy, and snowing night, I honestly expected to be disappointed in the service and food. But I was wrong. Although I wasn't there for long, the server was really welcoming and the food was great.

Nice lunch menu two slices of pizza for 5.99 with a drink or soup and salad instead of pizza.

Great Lunch Specials

Came here with friends a couple months ago and I loved it. It was so good. Made me a forever customer!!! ❤❤❤💚💚💚 I order from here at least once every week. I like everything I've tried. And I intend on trying many more things. Everything on the menu sounds so appetizing. Ordered cheese pie for tonight. Came out just the way I like it.

Best pizza in Bergen County! We live in Arizona and we can get pretty good pies by us, however it does not come close to Turvinos. It tasted so good, we were all in pizza heaven. Thanks guys, anytime we come East, a trip to Turvino's is always a necessity!

Never had their pizza here, but my go to order is their Turvino's wrap! Absolutely love it! I highly recommend getting one if you're looking for something new to try and in the area!

Very good pizza. Parking is the only problem.

I am particular about my pizza, and Turvinos comes closer to my ideal than any other place in the area I've tried so far. This is especially true when I order a pie "thin and crispy". The place could probably use some updating but I wouldn't change anything about their core competency.

I have been a loyal customer of Turvino’s since 1977and have shared numerous family memories there throughout the years. I cannot believe what occurred to me and my family last night . My wife and I ordered a pizza to share with our 6 year old daughter. The stand that holds the pizza was bent and some of the pizza fell on the floor. The waiter initially acknowledged that this is a frequent problem yet proceeded to insult me in front of my family while customers including colleagues of mine that were present looked on. When I called to complain to the owner and let him know what had occurred , he insulted my profession and commented on how horrible New Jersey teachers are. I’m not sure if these are new owners but I am left feeling sad at what has become of one of my favorite local restaurants for the last four decades.

Service is greaf, food is delicious and pizza slices r huge. Would suggest going for lunch as they have great lunch specials.

I've lived near this place almost all my life, and I can't believe I haven't been here before. The pizza was EVERYTHING I could've wanted; perfectly thin and crispy crust, just the right amount of sauce, and a lot of cheese. Great place that you must try!

The workers are always nice. Been going here for more than 10 years, and it's been very consistent. Pizza, wraps, cheese steaks are all good. Buffalo wings are about average. Don't get calamari, it's a pizza place!!

My family has loved Turvino's for years! It's great for all ages and has highchairs for the littles. Its convenient location across from Bottle King is perfect since it's BYO. The pizza is the best around and the Italian is perfect to satisfy your cravings. Whether eating in, taking out, or getting delivery, you really can't go wrong!!

Worked here in the 70z, was authentic then as it is now, exception Italian dishes, pleasant dining area, and home made sauce. There pizza is an acquired taste, I for one love it as many others do, it's standard slice is a bit thicker than thin slices but comes with ample cheese/sauce definitely a meal and 1 slice orders are available with special toppings

They deliver until 11pm, their food is great, the store has dining tables and allows BYOB... we order from them every Friday night. Great food, priced fair, and the late delivery is convenient for when the kids don't go to bed until way past their bedtime. Eating in is nice as well, friendly staff, clean, good amount of tables and space... go check it out.

Pizza is sub par, but decent for the area. Customer service would be a negative if possible. Don't give a number and expect a call because 1-9 is a little too difficult to comprehend at this establishment. An apology for messing up? In your dreams!! Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Turvino's is one of the best pies in the area. It's a landmark restaurant to anyone who's grown up here. The folks running it are first class. If you haven't tried it yet, you are truly missing some fabulous menu items.
